NH STRATHAM — Stratham Conservation Commission endorses $25,000 Town Landing planning grant. The board voted unanimously to endorse a Piscataqua Region Estuaries Partnership grant for an 18-month environmental planning and review project for the Town Landing, running October 2026 through April 2028 with no town funds required. The commission also unanimously recommended approval of a conditional use permit for a 16-by-40-foot swimming pool at 11 Treat Farm Road, conditioned on reducing patio size to keep impacts outside the 75-foot wetland buffer.

The board held a public hearing on a major state dredge and fill permit application for a proposed 14-lot subdivision at 80 and 80R Winnicutt Road, where more than 30 residents raised concerns about wetland impacts and endangered species habitat; a June 8 follow-up meeting was scheduled to compile formal comments to state regulators.
