NH STRATHAM — Conservation Commission recommends denial of driveway permit for Red Barn development. The commission voted 5-2 to oppose the shared driveway conditional use permit for Brendan Sheehan's proposed four-duplex development at 210 Portsmouth Ave, citing wetland buffer encroachments of 34,921 square feet and direct impacts of 287 square feet. Engineer John Lorden presented revised plans that reduced the project from nine duplexes to four, along with proposed wetland buffer enhancements.

Commissioners approved permits for well locations and a modified version of the duplex wetland buffer impacts permit pending separate application for Duplex Number 1, while deferring the stormwater management permit pending engineering review.
