NH STRATHAM — The Select Board advanced a stabilization plan for Lane properties with a $50,000 Heritage Commission allocation. Chair Allison Knab, Vice Chair Joe Anderson, and Tedd Tramaloni met with Town Administrator Tim Roache and DPW Director Trevor Batchelder to outline winterization of the Lane House and repairs to the Tannery and Cobble House. Current monthly rents total $6,400 from Collector's Eye and Cobble House, with an estimated $2,000 from the Tannery once rental-ready.
The board agreed on four heating zones and requested cost estimates for keeping the Tannery as one unit or dividing it into two apartments.
