NH STRATHAM — Stratham Planning Board approves preliminary steps toward zoning amendments restricting building materials. Director of Building and Planning Vanessa Price presented draft amendments to Section 3.10 of the zoning ordinance that would restrict vinyl and stucco materials in response to Heritage Commission concerns. The Board gave preliminary approval to move forward, pending input from the Heritage Commission on September 8, 2026, and the Conservation Commission.
The Board also tabled discussion of impact fees and supported exploring clarifications to zoning provisions regarding recreational vehicles and campers.
