NH STRATHAM — Planning Board recommends Chipotle bond release and advances new member candidate. Vanessa Price, Director of Building and Planning, recommended release of a $134,250 performance guarantee for the Chipotle Restaurant project to the Select Board, with certificate of occupancy issued in February 2020. The Board unanimously advanced Jameson Payne's application for Planning Board membership to the Select Board for consideration on August 3.
Revised plans for the mixed-use project at 89 and 91 Portsmouth Avenue have satisfied fire code requirements, but the cistern easement must be recorded on the plan before building permits can issue.
