NH STRATHAM — Stratham Planning Board approves revised Subdivision Regulations with technical updates. Chair Thomas House led the board in voting unanimously to adopt amendments that include changing "guardrail" to "guide rail" in multiple sections and correcting major-access-road pavement width to 24 feet instead of 22 feet in the Roadway Design Criteria table. Director of Planning and Building Vanessa Price will present additional proposed subdivision amendments at the April 15 meeting.
In other business, the board unanimously continued the Packer Brook Holdings LLC application for a mixed-use development at 170 Portsmouth Avenue to April 15, allowing the applicant time to respond to engineering comments.
