Agendas & · Meeting of September 2, 2026

NH STRATHAM — Planning Board certified site plan for mixed-use light manufacturing facility on Portsmouth Avenue. The Board unanimously approved final site plan certification for Packer Brook Holdings LLC's approximately 6,110 square foot office/shop facility, with conditions including a detailed cost estimate for the performance guarantee, limited to site grading, loam and seed, stormwater facilities, and restoration; submittal of a USEPA Construction General Permit and Notice of Intent 14 days before construction; a signed stormwater agreement; and dated operations and maintenance documentation. The applicant's engineer disputed several requirements, including E-911 road naming, which the Board resolved by accepting Greenwood Lane per Select Board action.

The Board also closed a preliminary consultation on New Hampshire SPCA parking expansion at 102R/104 Portsmouth Avenue for 16 additional spaces without requiring design submittal.
