NH STRATHAM — Planning Board delays major residential development project to May pending conservation review. The board continued Brendan Sheehan's proposal to develop 210 Portsmouth Avenue with four duplex units to May 20, pending Conservation Commission review and submission of revised plans. The project, which requires conditional-use permits for construction in wetland buffer and setback areas, drew public comment from neighboring property owners and the Southeast Land Trust regarding wetland impacts, septic system and well placement, and stormwater management.
The board directed the applicant to address technical review comments and consult with the Conservation Commission before proceeding to third-party engineering review.
