NH STRATHAM — Stratham Planning Board discusses subdivision-regulation revisions with April 1 hearing scheduled. Director of Planning and Building Vanessa Price presented amendments addressing fire protection standards, open space cluster subdivisions, performance and maintenance guarantees, and road construction design standards. Board members nominated Thomas House as Chair and John Kunowski as Vice Chair, with Kunowski designated to represent the Board on the Heritage Commission and Technical Review Committee (House as alternate).
