NH STRATHAM — The Stratham Planning Board unanimously continued a mixed-use development application and recommended release of a performance bond. The board continued the Packer Brook Holdings application to April 1 for third-party engineering review; the project would construct a 6,110 square foot office and shop facility at 170 Portsmouth Avenue. In separate action, the board recommended that the Select Board release a performance bond for Perlowski Properties at 149-151 Portsmouth Avenue, determining the developer has satisfied infrastructure requirements under a May 2018 performance agreement.

The board also closed preliminary consultation on a proposed 2,390 square foot addition to the Porsche dealership at 60 Portsmouth Avenue, which will require state Department of Transportation approval.
