NH STRATHAM — Stratham Select Board unanimously authorizes 2026 PFAS groundwater monitoring contract with Wilcox & Barton. The agreement carries projected costs from $125,000 to $175,000 due to PFAS testing area expansion beyond originally identified zones. Members also unanimously approved a $350 per quarter fee for New Life Baptist Church to use the Sewall Room on Sundays and a $9,788 abatement for 132 Portsmouth Avenue for the 2025 tax year.
