NH STRATHAM — Stratham Select Board maintains course on Community Power despite rising rates. At its February 17 meeting, the Board decided to hold steady with the Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire rather than pursue withdrawal, despite Energy Commission concerns about rising electricity costs. Energy Commission Chair Matt O'Keefe reported that CPCNH's negative reserve stood at approximately $58,000 attributable to Stratham as of November 1.

The Board unanimously accepted a quitclaim deed for the Rollins Hill Farm cul-de-sac and authorized a $58,800 offer from the Land Conservation Fund for the Haley property.
