Commission Chair Nate Merrill and member Mike Houghton agreed the town's fire tower requires $200,000 in structural repairs and should go to voters as a warrant article. The town has also acquired the Lane Homestead, with the Select Board planning to pursue renting the tannery building to an antique business.
