NH STRATHAM — Stratham Technical Review Committee examined revisions to two Portsmouth Avenue development projects advancing to other town boards. The committee reviewed a third resubmittal for 210 Portsmouth Avenue, a residential duplex project where the applicant relocated the driveway outside Barker Farm wetland buffer and repositioned buildings to eliminate most Conditional Use Permit requirements, though a 287-square-foot wetland crossing still requires approval; the project advances to Conservation Commission on July 1 and Planning Board on July 8. At 41 Portsmouth Avenue, an automotive facility applicant deferred elements including a car cleaning area and rear parking lot to future phases to reduce initial construction costs, with construction anticipated to begin later this summer.
