NH STRATHAM — Stratham Technical Review Committee reviews two development applications for Planning Board public hearings. The committee reviewed a residential development proposal from Brendan Sheehan for four new duplexes at 210 Portsmouth Avenue in the Route 33 Heritage District and Wetlands Conservation Overlay District, with the application already on its third resubmittal. A second application from 41 Portsmouth Avenue LLC for a 30,000 square foot auto dealership site plan in the Gateway Commercial Business and Residential/Agricultural Districts was also advanced.
Both applications are scheduled for Planning Board public hearings on July 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
