NH STRATHAM — Trustees of the Trust Funds concluded settlement transfer of Stratham Fair operational funds totaling $102,830.20 to the Stratham Volunteer Fire Department Association following approval by the Select Board, SVFD, and state Charitable Trusts Unit. The Trustees established the Lane Property Trust following the Town's acquisition of the historic Samuel Lane Homestead at 132 Portsmouth Avenue; the Lane Heirs committed $500,000 over two to three years for property maintenance. January 2026 capital authorizations included $258,900 for a new Department of Public Works loader (offset by a $53,350 clean diesel grant) and $23,427.26 for fire department radio base stations.

Portfolio Manager Lindsey Donovan reported solid 2025 investment returns despite market volatility; Trustees approved Treasury Bill reinvestments to maximize yield.
