NH STRATHAM — Stratham Zoning Board extends residential variance one year after settlement delays. The board voted 3-1 to extend a variance for Green & Company and Boulders Realty Corp. to develop 59 single-family dwelling units at 13 & 15 Stoneybrook Lane; an appeal that settled in November 2024 had delayed the project, which remains under Planning Board design review. In a separate 3-1 vote, the board approved a sign variance for Rings End in the shopping center, with member Donna Jensen dissenting.
